Alhaji Ajiboye Fatai Onibuade
The Yoruba movie industry has once been thrown into mourning as one of the strong pillars of the association, Alhaji Ajiboye Fatai Onibuade popularly known as Legend is dead.
Onibuade who was a veteran actor and a chieftain of the Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (ANTP) Lagos chapter was alleged to have slumped in his living room on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. He was said to have been rushed to the hospital unfortunately he died two hours later.

Onibuade was the former chairman ANTP, Ikeja, Lagos state chapter.

In the same manner, fast rising fuji musician Olumide Awise is dead. Awise was confirmed dead in the early hours of Wednesday, May 18, 2016. The Agege based fuji artist died in his Agbado home after a brief illness. He had since been buried according to Islamic injunction. Awise was well known for his Fuji Lori Reggae album in which he featured renowned fuji act Wasiu Alabi Pasuma.
